37 Weeka and feel like im on my period!!

Okay, so im 37+2, and today ive been getting backache, small pains in my sides and i feel like im on my period...
I keep feeling like i have to go to the toilet to change, but obviously i dont.
Im not entirely sure what this means, and would be greatful for any advice..
This is my second pregnancy but i was 9 days over with my first and my waters broke in my sleep so dont know what to expect

For me, it meant I was in the very early stages of things starting to happen - I went in for a checkup and they pointed out the "period pains" were contractions and I was 2-3 cm dilated. (When they got stronger it was a lot easier to recognise them).

Sounds like this could be your day! I'd make your last minute preparations if I were you, good luck and congratulations when the time comes!

Heres hoping then, as im so tired at the minute, i kept getting sharp pains in my bum for 2 days in a row then they went, but now im just feeling exhausted, i know its tmi but had diarreah when i got up this morning too :O

My 2nd baby DD was born 37+2 days (18 years ago last friday ) She was just 4 hours from waters breaking until birth, so sounds like it could happen any time

My waters havent gone yet, but from what you ladies are saying im expecting it lol.
My legs ache though lol, tummy doesnt feel tight he doesnt seem to have dropped although when he moves i have a sharp pain down below which ive been getting for about 2 weeks now. Dont know what it is but it feels like hes headbutting me to get out lol

My waters didn't go until well into labour, everything else sounds like you should make sure your bag is packed ready Good luck!

Nothing yet, no sign of baby, hes still in there. Pains are still there too... Getting impatient now lol. Woke up the other morning early hours thinking that " this is it" but false alarm haha..
Getting fed up of the false alarms now lol
