I'm nearly 7 weeks.
Headache, not sure if it's hormonal, nausea and tiredness , caffeine (tea) withdrawal or what?

Yes, you can. Stick to the dose on the pack though, as always.

Try having a couple of big glasses of water to rehydrate you as well. And you don't need to give up tea entirely! The caffeine thing is based on very tenuous evidence and it's perfectly ok to have a few teas a day.

As pp's have said, yup, it's ok, but obvs don't overdo it! Also, as skiptonlass said, you really don't have to cut out caffeine completely. I cut down to maybe 2 or 3 cups of tea a day, but I used to drink about 6. Just make sure you're drinking something else instead though, dehydration give's me bad headaches.

You can take it. I've tried to avoid it however and had a lot of success with a heat pad when I had terrible headaches in first trimester. But when I had round ligament pain so bad I could barely walk I went straight for the paracetamol. Just be careful which type you buy as some have caffeine as an ingredient, so if you are drinking tea/coffee plus taking some of those you might be overdoing your caffeine intake inadvertently.

I've not given up my tea because of fears over caffeine, more the case that the metallic taste I have in my mouth makes it tastes weird and I can't drink it. I love tea and like a previous poster could drink 6 cups a day! I'm drinking lots of water and even got a bottle of old fashioned lemonade as I thought it would help with the metallic taste. I went to bed at 8pm last night and that seemed to help.
