Gestational diabetes - hypos?

Hi, I have GD and in the last few weeks it's become more difficult to control. I've had a few hypos, and I'm noticing that after I have one, I feel absolutely wretched all day, crave sugar/ biscuits (which only make me feel worse) and today I had one and then have literally lay on the sofa today unable to move. I'm 36 weeks. When I mention it to the diabetes team at my appointments, they seem to be a bit bemused when I say I feel ill all day after a hypo, as if once the sugar is sorted there are no symptoms. I only have insulin in the morning, and on a Normal day my sugars are only high after breakfast (or not high at all after the insulin). Today, they've been high all day (but probably because I had to drink OJ and take dextrose tabs for the hypo). Any one else experiencing anything like this?

It could be that when your in a hypo your eating too much sugary foods which then make your sugars rise making u feel like shit. Am the opposite I struggle with high sugars ATM
