I have to force myself to eat. Its not like me. I have felt pain and naseaus throughout my 1st trimster from week 1 till week 9. I just hate food. I eat 3 wheetabix for breakfast and a glass of orange. And lunch a cheddar sandwich or tuna if I can force it. And dinner is homemade. I must make it so it's a pasta dish with spinach and broccoli or shepards pie. But I'm full so quickly. I loved food before pregnancy but I just don't now I just have to eat. I have naseaus most of the day and sometimes it's bad and I get tummy pains nightly. Should u be worried??Confused

Don't worry. Eat what you can when you can. I couldn't eat much in my first trimester, and lost 8lbs. After week 14 my appetite started to come back and now I'm ravenous at 21 weeks. 2 scans show baby is growing exactly as they should be.

I was the same and still am I crave very little but at 28 weeks have went off nearly everything to the point I will not drink juice from a glass it turns me. I have gone off near all meats. Some people have more aversions than actually cravings x

No its normal. I had to force myself to eat because the nausea was horrendous but found it did actually go away for a bit when I finally ate something.

Then I had a turnaround and ate and ate and ate! Now I'm back to feeling full all the time. It's all I can do to manage a drink never mind a meal. I'm 36+5 and currently being told that my baby is going to be a big one so I didn't do her any harm by eating less.
