I'm just 40 and found out i am nearly 8 weeks pregnant. I have a nearly 3 ds. To say i am devastated is an understatement. I didnt think it through. I had a terrible birth experience and the 1st year was the worst of my life. I feel terrible saying all this. Its all just come back to me. I was making plans for the future so not coping. I have a supportive dh, nice home so dont know why i feel like this.
