Any one willing to take a guess

So we already have one perfect little boy and today I went for our first scan of our new addition. I was wondering if any of you are willing to take a guess as to what this little babe may be. I've heard lots of theories like the nub and the shape of the skull but i can't get my head around them...

Ahh, I tried this when expecting! Most of the old wives tales methods, including the nub one, suggested I was having a boy, but DD had other ideas
