Hi all,
35+6 here and been suffering all night with back and lower tummy ache which feels very similar to period cramps.
Anyone had a similar experience, could this be leading to little one making an early appearance?
Have taken paracetamol which helps for a short while.
TIA

Hate to tell you this but I've been having them for weeks (39+6 today) but still nothing, and my first was a few days early. If you're worried call your midwife but it seems that a lot of late pregnancy and early labour symptoms overlap!

I'm also 35 weeks and am getting this quite a lot, and have been for a couple of weeks.

I'm currently sat at work with a hot water bottle between my lower back and chair and have found it's the only thing that really helps!

I am having the same and have been for a few days. 34+2 here. I am hoping she stays put for at least another three weeks.

Thanks. After a bit of research thought this might be the case. I too am hoping LO stays put for a little while longer yet :)

I've found that my Braxton hicks do this, particularly now baby's head has engaged. Feels crap doesn't it? My spd has gotten much worse since his head engaged too

35+2 here and spend all night in agony from this. Had some cramping the other night and convinced myself it was starting but it went off after a while. I'm coming to the conclusion that these last few weeks just suck
