Telling my family

I going to tell my family that I'm pregnant next week when I visit them. Do I say I'm seven weeks which is the day of my last period (by the time I get visit them) which is what the doctor went by or do I tell him from the date of conception which would be five weeks?

If you conceived five weeks ago then you're 7 weeks pregnant
