Panicking about loosing mucus plug at 30 weeks

Last night I noticed I passed a big glob of white/creamy stuff in the toilet. It had the slightest tinge of pink. I'm worried as I'm only 30 weeks if this is my mucous plug, but I had also used a vaginal pessary for last five nights, which was a gel like substance too. This was prescribed by gp, so I wondered if what I passed was debris from the pessary? Feeling very confused... And trying not to panic that I'm going into early labour

I'm sure it must be nerve wracking. Did you save what you passed to show midwife?
I would call them to ask for advice and if you pass any more then save it for them to see Flowers

I'm sure it is very likely to be the pessary btw, but worth contacting them to be on the safe side
