crusty dried milk on my nipples?

I'm pg with dc2, but for a few weeks now some times when I take my bra off I have these dry sort of crystal like bits on my nipples. is it colostrum? I never had this with dd when I was pg with her, I guess because my milk glands have been used in the past they're already knowing what to do?
