It's been around 30 and humid here in Pittsburgh lately. I'm at 35 weeks and have been getting hot flashes. Now, for some extra fun, I've got a heat rash under my breasts. I'm big breasted and my nipples stick out, so going braless isn't really a good option. Anyone got any experience dealing with this sort of thing?
