so me and oh can't decide on a pram. I love the Bugaboo but can't justify spending that much when we have 2 other dc and other stuff to buy. what pram does everyone have and what do you like about it? already got a maxi cosi car seat so I'll just need to get the adaptors for chosen pram.

I've had an.icandy peach for several years and love it - easy to use, easy to push, big shopping basket. Mine's four years old with loads of use and still in very good condition (about to use for dc2) so if you don't want to shell out for a new one you could try eBay for a good second hand?

I bought mine new lastnight. I bought the 2014 model (only actually manufactured in November) so saved a bit. It cost me about 400 quid and I was gifted the adapters at my baby shower. I am not in the UK and I've noticed that you don't get the same inclusions here. Just the frame, seat, carry cot and rain/bug covers - so no car seat/adapters or car seat base.

I love my uppa baby Vista but it's a bit heavy. I'd probably have a look at their city version if I was buying again.

Shopping bag is huge, wheels can be easily removed if you've a load of shopping to fit in a boot. And the carry cot doubles as a Moses basket!

Mutsy evo, love it. Such a nice pram to push. I use a sling a lot but great when I need it. Ds is getting a bit big for it now unfortunately, he's a very tall 2 year old thou,I like it for walks as I can push it one handed.

Baby isn't born yet but we've gone for the mamas & papas armadillo flip - it folds up very small, light & easily without having to remove the seat from the chassis - that's what sold it to us!

We've just spent quite a lot of time looking at the Egg for our twins. It's lovely and very nicely designed, but price-wise is certainly on par with the Bugaboo.

Treesandbees · 13/06/2015 20:07

Just returned my new 2015 Vista due to a fault with the wheels. Apparently it's the new design (tried 3 of them and they all had the fault). Anyhow it put me off them. It's also v big for shopping (was getting annoyed bashing into shop fixtures) but love the other features of it. Ordered an iCandy Peach 3 instead which I'm waiting to arrive! Had a Mountain Buggy Swift before which I loved but I walk the dog a lot so ideal for that but expecting DC 2 soon so now need a tandem.

Silver cross pioneer I love it

Maclaren xlr! Can fold up with one hand, weighs 7.5kg, fits in the boot easily. Pramworld has them for a good price and several colours.

OH and I spent weeks researching and decided that the best one looked like the uppababy vista but it was too expensive, then we found one for half the price on eBay, so if budget is an issue then pick your ideal one and then try and find it second hand?

Meowandchoppychops · 13/06/2015 23:42

I'd love a bugaboo buffalo as it looks nice and chunky for walking the dog but can't strech to £500 even for a second hand one = ( going to look at a second hand Venicci mini denim tomorrow that looks nice and should do the job and would be a bargain at £130. Very tempted by the armadillo flip xt but again can't find a cheap enough second hand one. Will be having another look online in the morning just to check.
