ok a bit of advice r.e bleeding!

am 10 weeks pg, but had a bit of bleeding last night not to overly worried as i know you can bleed in pg, i have done in other pgs. i had a scan last week and saw the heart beat, so thought everything was ok(had m/c in june), well now getting pains in my side kidney area and back and now i have stopped feeling sick, weather its my mind playing tricks i have no idea.
i know i should ring mw and ask her, but with bleeding stopped now dont want to sound stupid! what should i do>?

again thank you, rang mw again still no answer phoned gp up and asked why i can never get hold of mw, and guess what shes away on hols, she was surpossed to give me an other number, to an other mw, so they gave me it, did get through to her but all she says is its quiet normal to bleed a little and i could be losing my symtonms about now anyway, i told her i was worried should i go to a&e,? but becoause i stopped bleeding she said no, my area is terrible for things like this .

i find being pg is more stressfull than all the years of ttc

Trace, I am sure she knows what she is talking about, I know it must be so much easier said than done, but try not to worry. It isn't long till the first scan, and then you will really be able to relax.

Take it nice and easy while Jack is out, have a nice bath and just lounge about a bit. Or better still go and have your hair done or get a manicure or something, you will relax and have something to take your mind off of it.

thanks for asking nat!, but i really dont know, no more bleeding but just dont feel right(can not go to mw with that can i?) i wish i had carried on bleeding at least i would have been checked out.

i feel so ill, but not pg ill, maybe be a bad cold just dont know , sorry for moaning, its just been trying so long for this baby and now all this.

Trace, your midwife is there exactly for all of your concerns and worries, no matter how big or small they seem. Especially with losing the last baby, I am sure the m/w won't mind doing something to reassure you.

If not, I know you have said before about how crap your A&E were with Jacks pregnancy, but could you not go and make it very plain what's gone on and what you want doing, and don't take any shit from them. You are entitled to the care - insist on it if it will put your mind at rest.
