Does anyone have experience of heparin (anticoagulant) and home birth? I'm guessing that I'll be told the risks of bleeds at home will be too high but i don't know?

You'll need to talk to your consultant. There's a higher risk of haemorrhage which a midwife at a home birth might not be equipped to deal with. Pretty sure you can't have an epidural either if you're on it. Ultimately I think it'll depend why you're on it (congenital clotting disorder / DVT in pregnancy etc) and your general situation.
