Depression on medical records

Does anyone have depression on their medical records? Did social services get involved with your pregnancy? I'm worried there may be some involvement once my baby is here even though i'm no longer depressed and i'm convinced i've been misdiagnosed.

I'm pregnant, currently ON antidepressants (have been for about 5 years) and no one has batted an eyelid.

SS were contacted when I got pg as I have severe depression, eating disorders and personality disorder on my medical records. I've also had SS involvement before (child protection, stemming from my mental health issues). I wasn't really comfortable with it so I switched to private antenatal care which I found to be far less judgemental and it managed to convince SS not to pursue the issue further.

It really depends just on how severe your mental illness is, mine has meant involvement with tertiary services, decades of interventions and A&E contact, regular access to psych consultants, highest rate of disability benefits etc. If you're managing to cope fairly well in every day life, still hold down a job then they tend to just dismiss your needs (or fob you off with the cheapest ADs), which is hard if you feel you need help but on the upside it means you won't get any interference that you don't really want.
