healthy snacks to stave off morning (all day!) sickness?

I found last pregnancy that the only thing that helped my early pregnancy sickness was to graze throughout the day but this time I really don't want to put on weight before my booking in appointment (worried I'll be overweight BMI). Can anyone help with healthy low calorie/no sugar snack ideas especially for on the go? So far I only have breadsticks and toast.

Rice cakes and breadsticks were the only snacks that helped me to keep nausea away.

My friend suggested nuts and seeds and dried fruit...her appetite was raging once morning sickness passed too- both married to massive rugby players so we joke baby has her hubbie appetite must be a boy! I'm only 4+3 and no nausea (yet) but if I do ill be trying her tip...xxx

That low fat natural popcorn is good too. For some reason jelly really helped me too, although that may be a bit tricky on the go! Wink
Apples were really good too, as were oatcakes with cream cheese on. Hth

Twiglets is another good one

Popcorn is a great suggestion thank you. there are more interesting flavours since I was pregnant last time! Need to check it's actually low calorie though, I'm sure some of those flavourings make them as bad as crisps Wink all other ideas brilliant too, thank you, just had a mind blank. Handy to stock up on snacks my toddler can share like rice cakes!

the ready made jellys and small pots of fruit are good for on the go.

I'll second breadsticks! And salty popcorn.

i don't know about anyone else, but huge amounts of water seemed to help me. I had an unquenchable thirst and couldn't stomach and kind of juice or squash, just cold, cold water.

I found belvita handy. I'm not sure healthy they are but they were all I could really stomach before lunch time. (& water melon)

I mass-prepared chopped peppers, cucumbers, all sorts of crudités. I also ate lots of clementines and frozen grapes.

I sucked lemons or apple slices. I doubt my teeth will thank me but it was that or nothing....
