I have a huge u-shaped maternity pillow which really helps me to stay on my side whilst in bed and supports my bump and my hips really well. But I keep waking up every hour or so with a totally dead arm on the side I'm lying on and have to heft myself over to the other side and begin the cycle again.
Do you have a pillow like this too? How do you position your bottom arm??
