achy feet/knees advice

What's your best reccommendations/products for really pounding achey sore feet/knees? Thanks

Oh I had this really bad in my first pregnancy. I just felt like I couldn't walk anywhere or stand up for too long as my feet would be killing me. The best thing I found was to wear comfy shoes, which ended up being trainers or something else with a fairly thick sole and just to rest a lot. And my husband gave me lots of foot massages. It did go away once I gave birth thank goodness.
