Induction at 38 weeks - what can I do to get things going?

I'm going to be induced in Tuesday at 38 weeks, due to having choleostastis of pregnancy, a liver disease that will go away as soon as baby arrives.
It's acutally my second induction, but I felt like last time (39 weeks) the baby was ready to come and just needed a little push. This time I still feel like I should have ages left, and I'm stressed.
anyone had a successful induction at this stage? Any tips For making things go smoothly? Or for bringing on labour naturally over the weekend? That would be my dream scenario!!
And anyone had their baby naturally at 38 weeks?

Don't have much advice I'm afraid but didn't want to read and run.

The only way I've heard of a natural induction actually working with scientific backing is having sex. Sperm has the same ingredients inductions use to bring in labour. Lie on your back for 20 minutes after. Unfortunately though if baby isn't ready they'll stay put.

I know how difficult it must be but relaxing does wonders too apparently. Get some comedy DVDs on the box and enjoy yourself.

Best of luck!
