Does anyone have any tips on how to relive trapped wind? Top and bottom end Blush I have pain in my ribs, i also keep having the urge to burp but it just won't come out Sad

I had terrible trapped wind at around 20 weeks, best advice i got was to get on to your knees and get onto your elbows then rotate your hips. Seems to get things moving pretty well :D

What leanne said and also rennies deflatine are really good. I also find drinking two cups of hot water a day helps
