Is it normal for pregnancy symptoms to come and go?

Hi
I'm 20 and I'm around 5-6 weeks pregnant. I don't have many symptoms other than tender breasts but they tend to come and go, sometimes throughout the day they will go from tender to not tender.

I was wondering if this is normal? My cramps have subsided a lot too, I only tend to get them if I have trapped wind or I'm constipated.
I've also had some yellowish discharge but I read on a post on here that it's normal and often people have it as a result of taking pregnacare vitamins which I've been taking.

I was tempted to speak to my GP but I really don't want to waste an appointment if what I've explained seems completely normal. I'm just very anxious. I keep telling myself I'm young and healthy so I shouldn't really worry but I can't help it.

Has anyone else had some what inconsisten symptoms? I haven't felt any nausea yet, I've had the odd feeling sick moment that hasn't lasted long but nothing that I think is pregnancy related.

I just need some reassurance that everything seems normal. Not many people know about my pregnancy due to me being young so I've not told my family yet so I can't ask them if it's normal.

TIA

Definitely! Especially at that stage. My only symptom for a few weeks was heartburn. Whenever I didn't have it I thought it was the end of the world. All very normal so no worrying :)

Totally normal. Mine were on and off until 7 weeks, then permanent until 10 weeks (now).

Absolutely nothing to worry. My symptoms also come and go all the time, I'm 10 weeks. Good luck with your pregnancy Smile
