weight gain seems to have stopped

Been in hospital for the past week trying to control high bp issues. Was allowed home for the afternoon yesterday so jumped on the scales and was surprised that weight has stayed the same past 3 weeks. Is this something to be concerned about? I do have a growth scan booked this week so guess that will confirm if little one is growing ok.

I'd say that was normal, maybe your weight plateaued for a while when in hospital and fairly sedentary? Is your baby moving frequently? If you're back in hospital now, maybe worth a word with the nurses? They can always listen in quickly. Hope you're better soon.

Thanks Exit they have had me hooked up to the trace monitor daily which indicates no issues although movements have been reduced but i'm told this is a side effect from the steroid injections i had to have to mature baby's lungs in case of early delivery. Been quite a rough few days hope they let me home soon.
