Anyone had a spinal fusion?
Mine's a lumbar multi-level and total disc replacement.
How was your spine during pregnancy? Mine has been very successful since surgery (December 2012) but the last few days has felt odd inside? Like a dragging painful feeling.
I have a forced curvature built in, so no where for it to stretch I guess?
SPD is kicking in, although I feel some SI joint dysfunction too so it's hard to distinguish?
Any advice welcome!
