Pelvic Floor exercises - there's an app for that

I've been particularly lazy with my pelvic floor exercises when I think I probably should have been doing them for a couple of weeks at least. But I've just downloaded an app called Squeezy nhs which I'm hoping will make me more inclined to do it! Sets reminders and times you while you squeeze and relax. I like it so far.

Fingers crossed!

God I'm not pregnant and I really need this! Basically been pissing myself all day every time I cough Blush

DC3 here, never had the issue with previous pregnancies, but this time I literally could piss myself after just having been for a wee!

Sneezing, coughing, laughing are all dangerous times for me.

Great news! How long before you noticed a difference?

Choccyhobnob · 17/03/2015 16:10

I've only just got the app and it's my first pregnancy so I have no idea what difference it will make but I'm just hoping it gets me to do them! Want to try and avoid pissing myself in the future Grin

I'm nearly 15 weeks and I've been doing the exercises (re reminders from the app) for about a week. I've upped mine to 4 a day ... let's hope it works!!! X
