I have sore throat, runny nose , red eyes a dry cough ,headache , blocked nose especially at night and sticky eyes in the morning . I don't know if this is a cold or something that requires me to go to the doctor, any one in a similar situation , is there so thing you can recommend may be a home remedy or something I can use off the counter or do you think I need to see my doctor ?
I have been like this for 3 days

Thank you

Sounds like a cold to me.
Paracetomol is ok but don't use any combined products with decongestants etc in.

You are also more susceptible to sinusitis when pregnant. I found steam inhalations quite effective at unbunging!

Could be a cold. But could possibly be pregnancy rhinitis! I suffered with this during my second trimester with both of my pregnancies. It lasted a good few weeks-then disappeared as quickly as it appeared. Hope you feel better soon. :)

Thanks ladies , will try paracetamol.

Honestly, I'd just sit it out, you will feel miserable, but unless you have an extremely high temperature for an extended period of time, there is no risk to your pregnancy.

Paracetamol has not been proven to be harmful in pregnancy, but that is not the same thing as being proven to be safe. The two are often muddled up.

Hot water, honey and lemon for the sore throat

I'm 15 weeks too and have had 2 colds in the past 2 weeks. same symptoms you described although really tired as well. Annoying as I just got over the awful 1st trimester symptoms so pretty fed up. Hopefully it will pass, I'm pretty sure I didn't feel dreadful for the whole of my 1st pregnancy!

Saline nasal spray is safe and really helps a blocked nose.

Sounds like a standard cold...
