9+1 and teeny tiny baby bump?!?!

Hi

I am 9+1 and think I may be starting to see the teeniest, tinyest baby bump.

I am quite skinny but my trousers are a little tight round my tummy and when I sit there is more 'belly' there than there used to be. It also feels hard not flabby.

This is my first so i may well be imagining things but does/has anyone else thought the same this early?

Also only put on 2-3lbs since finding out I was pregnant. This is still within my normal weight fluctuations.

Thanks ladies

Hi ladies I'm 11 weeks and at 7weeks I had to get totally different size trousers I've put so much weight on aswell lol it's so fun to see it getting bigger

It wont be baby bump as such as the baby is still only the size of a lentil. It'll probably be your uterus expanding.

Bigger than a lentil stinkers - at my 9 week scan my baby was a whopping 2.5cm! But still not big enough to cause a baby bump - my weekly email this week (10 weeks) tells me that around now we can expect bloating - so as much as we would love to attribute it to baby that's probably what's going on. I had to use a hair bobble to fasten my jeans at the weekend, sexy.

At 8-9 weeks I was still a size 6-8 but I needed maternity trousers as the edge of my desk & waistband of my regular work trousers was uncomfortable against the tiny bump. Getting a larger size would not have worked as they would have been massive on my legs & bum.

Ok then batfish - a large butter bean! But still, at 9 weeks, it's not baby bump.

Baby doesn't really come out from low down by your pelvic bone until after 12 weeks.
If you look up 'fundal height', you'll see approximately where baby and bump should be :)
It's most likely just bloating.
I'm 8 weeks tomorrow and really bloated in the belly but only put 1lb on. I lost 12lbs before I got pregnant and took photos of my belly before and after. My belly looks like I've put those 12lbs back on!!

Dc1 didn't tell work till 15 weeks could have easily got away with longer
Dc2 currently 9 weeks and everything is tight, my usually quirky smart chic eg leather pencil skirt skinny top sharp tailored look does not work and it's all about crepe dresses fortunately I wore them anyway but now I have about 4 outfits on rotation and just up sized jeans
I am fairly certain my team have sussed they've had 6 kids between them Shock
Was hoping to get past scan without telling and them guessing ....

Even if its not a baby bump its reassuring to know others are experiencing similar protruding stomachs...

My trusty app tells me the embryo/foetus is the size of a date!
