This morning, I was lifting my 2.5 yo DD into her booster seat at the table, and I threw out my back. Ow. I feel like an idiot for doing it, too (in my defense, I am not a morning person). Anyone else got any similar injury stories? Or just sympathy, I'll take that, too?
