Apologies in advance if tmi in this post, just looking for anyone with simelar experience.had lletz for cin3 7 weeks ago then post procedure discharge which turned into (what I believe to be) a relatively heavy period for 3 days from 12th jan. For the past 2weeks had 'pregnancy symptoms, tested a couple of times bfn. Started spotting 6 days ago for 2 days, when it stopped tested again bfn.later that morning I had a sizable bright red bleed and lost some tissue approx 4 inches x 1 inch.bleeding then stopped. I continued to 'feel pregnant' tested twice yesterday bfp then just now on a digital which reads pregnant 1-2 weeks. Thank you for reading if you have got this far! Just don't know what to think-is tissue loss to do with lletz? Is this a chemical pregnancy? Any thoughts appreciated.i have a 16 month old and got bfp 4 days before af due with her-I tested early because I just 'knew' .

I would go to the doctors and ask to be referred for an early scan and to a consultant. My cousin had a large amount removed with lletz, also CIN3 plus post surgery infection and was pregnant within around the same amount of time. All turned out well and her DD is now three and a half

I'm 25+6 pregnant and I had lletz for CIN2 around 15 months ago. Have had some bleeding but no tissue lost and am under the consultant due to problems with my cervix due to the lletz. If your cervix is still healing this may be the reason for tissue breaking away, but definitely get seen asap.

If you still have the number for the person or department that did the lletz contact them
