I haven't slept a few hours in a row for over a week now. My back pain is killing me... I've always had tensions in my lower back pre-preg but had it under control with Pilates and yoga. Haven't started doing them in pregnancy yet (planning to this week!) and have only gone for 1h of brisk walks every day. But the pain isn't just lower back now, it feels like its all the way up my back and to the sides. It is obviously more when I lie on my back but sleeping on my side, with and without pillow btw legs doesn't make it any better. I wake up exhausted and sometimes with headaches. Plus, having very weird surreal dreams EVERY night lately.
Any advice on what has helped you would be very appreciated!
