I'm 29 weeks & since about 23 weeks the baby has had his own little routine for kicking and has stuck to it vigilantly up until 4 days ago .
He would wake up and kick for an hour at 10am & then throughout the day I would feel the odd kick/movement & then he would wake for an hour again at 11pm every night you could set your watch by him .
I still feel him moving & if I haven't for a while I just need to give him a quick prod and he will kick back he just doesn't seem to have his routine anymore Confused

I'm not sure wether I should be concerned or not because I can still feel him move every so often .

OP did they see you? Hope all is well.

Four days? Please, please don't do this again. ANY change in movement warrants a check-up. Do hope all is ok.

I went to the maternity assessment day unit this morning. I hadn't felt as much movement as usual since yesterday afternoon. Had the odd kick/movement but not as much. Mind you my baby has never been one to kick constantly or as often as others. I also felt my bump had changed and wasn't as prominent/restrictive. I'm 33 weeks today.

Well they were really helpful and monitored me and baby for over half an hour. Heartbeat fine and some movements which were heightened by a glass of lucozade! I think it was just being a lazy baby but they were happy with everything and I feel loads better.

In terms of my bump it's possible baby is starting to move further down.

Do get checked if only for peace of mind. Hope all goes well .

Hi
Just wanted to say hope all is well, my little one stopped being so active yesterday but still felt the odd kick and things 28 weeks, Luckily I had a GTT today at the assessment unit and midwife check baba over and was happy with movements and heart rate.
No harm in getting checked was starting to worry with her being so quiet, I think she has moved potion as the movements I am feeling are different to usual, she does seem to be a very lazy baby though :)
My patten seems to be she has days when she is active for 3 days then goes quiet for 3 days but does make you worry.
I hope everything is ok for you.
