Yes you'll be fine if it has been properly frozen. It just may have deteriorated in quality and taste but will be safe.

I was just about to question why you had ice cream go out of date...that was my main concern! I'm sure you will be fine but might be best to eat some in date ice cream now...you know, to balance it out
