I'm not really fit or athletic but went to the gym a few times a week and decent dog walks every day. I've continued going intermittently to the gym, just due to other commitments rather than any pg issues and hadn't been for a few weeks.
I started again this week, as the weather is so rubbish I can't get out walking and I feel cooped up on the dark nights. Nothing strenuous, just low level cross trainer, stationary bike, some light arm weights.
Would there be any issues with this seeing as I'm not super fit to start with?
I didn't feel out of breath or even really broke much of a sweat.
