No idea. The jaw looks quite big and neck quite long. I'm finding it hard to make out what I'm seeing - there's a foot above the tummy

We were told a girl, she said she was 90% sure, but the non appearance of a willy does not mean that there is no willy there!

There is a foot near the head and the arm/hand is waving near the head!

Going by the shape of the skull, you're having a boy. Personally I don't think there's much truth in the theory of it though!
