Ivejust stupidly helped DH move a small, empty pine dresser from one room into the next and now feel horrible y achey.

I can't have hurt the baby can I? Only myself? Reassurance needed please!!

Baby will be totally fine, but yes you might have hurt yourself a little :(
When I do this I like to lie down flat on my back on the floor and it feels a bit better. Try and take it easy for the rest of the day

Thanks for the reassurance Gail - it felt easy to carry until we got to the end and then I felt all achey and now I feel like I've run a marathon!

My body is used to picking up my two stone toddler so I thought id be fine!

We are getting a piano (gift from in laws) delivered in the next few days, and we need to move 2 sofas, a set of shelves and a grandfather clock. I'm 38+2w... Wondering if this is a good idea!

Can't wait to sing carols around the piano with my family at Christmas though :)
