I'm 35 weeks with second dc and today I feel awful, flushed cheeks, my whole face is roasting, but then I get freezing cold, I've been running to the loo for both wees and poos all day and feeling nauseous. Baby's still kicking etc but I'm wondering if it's just a bug or should I be worried?
