I am nearly 35 weeks and still have a decided inny! I'm not saying it's a huge issue or anything, just curious really.

Mine never popped out with either pregnancy.

DefiniteMaybe · 05/11/2014 16:09

I'm 39 weeks and my belly button is slightly more bulgy than normal but still an inny.

dietcokeisgreat · 05/11/2014 19:32

Last time mine just gradually flattened out and totally disappeared by about 32 weeks!! Went back to normal very quickly.

Lottiedoubtie · 05/11/2014 19:33

Mine never popped out!

confusedandemployed · 05/11/2014 19:33

Yeah mine just went flat!!

KittyandTeal · 05/11/2014 19:35

Mine never popped out. Saying that I think I put on enough fat on my belly to keep it an inny!

IdaClair · 05/11/2014 19:36

Mine went flat. It was horrible. But never popped. It is deeper now.

Weekipper · 05/11/2014 19:40

Mine stayed an inny.

L1amsMum · 05/11/2014 21:56

Phew. I was afraid I'm alone Blush I keep waiting for mine to pop, although I am just 24 weeks so I might be waiting for it too early Blush

TriciaMcM · 06/11/2014 02:52

Mine is flat & stretched at 39 weeks. Skin is all bruised around it for weeks though Confused

Sarkymare · 06/11/2014 09:02

Mine went completely flat.

Did anyone elses belly button go really brown? Which sort of flaked off a few weeks/months after birth? Or when scrubbed with a cloth it turned the cloth brown?

Gudgyx · 06/11/2014 09:05

Mines is going a weird shape now at 23 weeks, kind of squint looking where its being stretched!

TinyMonkey · 06/11/2014 09:21

Mine looks like it might pop in the next week or so, I'm 35 weeks.

PopcornFrenzy · 06/11/2014 09:54

Mine popped at 28 weeks with both pregnancies. DH thinks it's hilarious Grin

Hoggle246 · 06/11/2014 09:59

Mine didn't pop either, but did go weird brown and flaky sarkymare. Strange and made me feel a right grub.

Belly button is the biggest casualty of my pg, all baggy and deep now. Didn't help that I had it pierced as teenager so the hole from that widened too. Oh if only I could have warned myself! Woe betide any future dd who decides she wants to get it done!

iseenodust · 06/11/2014 09:59

Never really changed shape at all and I was huge. DS 's birth weight was 9lb 5 at 39 weeks.

eurochick · 06/11/2014 10:02

Really early. Twenty something weeks. I hated it. It stuck out through clothes and was quite tender from being so stretched so it was horrible when things brushed against it.

BellaVida · 06/11/2014 10:04

Mine never did, even with twins! Just stretched out flat & smooth. The skin was sensitive though, but my up to the armpit pants took care of that ;-)

ToniWol · 06/11/2014 10:13

Due date is tomorrow and it's not happened yet. It's nowhere near as deep as it was, but I doubt I'll get an outy now.

FruitBadger · 06/11/2014 10:27

Mine half popped about 30 ish weeks, it's popped completely in the last week, I'm 38 weeks today

FinickityCoder · 06/11/2014 10:34

I think it popped at around 28 weeks last time. It actually popped this week (24 wks) but baby has turned into a funny position and my bumps deflated a little and belly button has unpopped! I'm gutted! I like stroking it when it's popped out, it's really soft Blush I know I'm a little odd... Blush Grin

ArgyMargy · 06/11/2014 10:36

No, not for either pregnancy.

wickedlazy · 06/11/2014 10:45

Mine didn't pop out

DecaffTastesWeird · 06/11/2014 14:32

Thanks all! Glad to see I'm not the only one with a persistent inny! Haha FinickityCoder I kind of want mine to pop now so I can stroke it.

At about 30 weeks mine grew out, but since I'm a fatty already, it's just flatter and I can stretch the skin out. Not an outie at all. Still, it's surprising because I didn't expect any change!
