I am getting married in May 2015, we havent been planning for long, infact we decided to start planning our wedding as we started trying for another baby. We certainly didnt think i would fall pregnant in the first month on trying but we are still determined to go ahead with the wedding also. I have been looking at dresses on ebay and have found some stunning ones, obviously i cannot order until much much nearer the time but i was wondering if anyone has had a maternity wedding dress off ebay which has come from China as this is where most seem to be made or if anyone can advise where to get maternity wedding dresses from which arent rediculously expensive but also dont look like a meringue either.

If you're an 8 or a 10 this is lovely and a mega bargain:

Just for practical reasons: how many weeks is the wedding before your due date? Just in case the baby turns up early and you're stuck with a wedding you have paid for and you can't attend...

Could you move it forward a few weeks to be on the safe side?

A Grecian style dress would be very flattering on your bump and cool for summer too - have a look on asos and places like Coast for ones which won't cost a bomb like this one!

I ordered my wedding dress from China on eBay. I got this one for the registry office do and it cost £50. It got far more compliments than the wedding dress that I wore for the later do which cost £800. It was beautifully made. I sold on on eBay for £100 afterwards. (Which I felt a bit guilty about but it started at 99p and bidding went mad) so I recommend! And at £50 what's the worst that could happen?

I would go for more for comfort & something not feeling too heavy. There are some beautiful maternity dresses out there! Please be careful buying dresses from China as the quality of the dress looks cheap & tacky looking. The picture you see online wont be what the dress looks like. Do not certainly buy from DIY DRESS.COM as they are a massive scam as through personal expierence!

I'm selling my wedding dress op, it was adjusted to fit over my bump.

Pm me if you want the details...

It's long, lacy and empire line. It was very comfortable on the day and looked fantastic Smile
