I remember it. I also remember getting out of bed and doing a body sway thing to try and make the little sod go to sleep. Movements stopping need looking into though.

I remember the shooting pains as well and none of them came early.

I'm sat here now, also 33 weeks, shouting OW every few minutes because DS is literally taking my breath away with his movements after a very quiet day yesterday! They aren't so much jabby kicks and punches any more but huge rolling/sweeping motions... Not quite sure how he hasn't managed to move from the transverse position he has been in for a long time with all of this movement Confused

Stupid phone posted too soon Hmm

I don't think it's anything to worth about no, but obviously if it is really hurting then maybe mention it to your midwife? They're getting pretty cramped in there now, coupled with heavy and strong... It's going to hurt Grin

Hi, my second dd gave me pains like that, she had her foot down at my cervix and head up under my ribs, which is why it was so sore in pubic area. It might be that - hopefully your lo will turn soon, you get kicked in the ribs then but I remember that being more bearable!

I'm 32+4 and get some real breathtaking movements from this one! They're more roll-y than jabby, but it does feel like there's going to be some sort of Alien moment where a foot comes bursting out the front!

And the fanjo stab - I think that's when it stretches and the head gets your cervix or something. Could be completely wrong about that.

Sympathies. Not long though eh? that's starting to sound hollow even to my own ears

I am 34 weeks and have the same strength of movements.

The cervix kicks are the worst -eye watering at times! Particularly when you're mid sentence in a meeting and the word just ... pauses ...

I'm also 33 weeks and the kicks and rolls and general antics of this baby are so painful they actually leave me feeling nauseous at times :-/ I've had a few kicks where it has hurt down below so badly I've had to stop walking or talking to catch my breath.

I had a rather awkward experience last week where I was talking to the family of a patient and baby kicked me repeatedly down below. I actually thought I was going to be sick and the pain was unbelievable. The family of the patient ended up making me sit down until I could string a sentence together.
