3rd pregnancy experiences is all ok??

Hey all.
I'm 8weeks with my 3rd have 2 boys already but have had a partial hysterectomy so I wasn't supposed to get pregnant but Dr's have said it can happen and clearly has.
I didn't know I was pregnant until 10 and 14 weeks with my other two and no early pregnancy signs at all.
I knew I was pregnant at 3 weeks tis time. I have severe constant sickness, tender breasts trousers already tight I have cravings can smell anything and everything then sick again I've been for a wee 53 times already today I can't sleep as off to loo or sore boobs it's unreal like every symptom I have even though I've had 2 before. Even spots!!! Has this happened to anyone else why is this so different I'm so emotional and scared even though as I.said I've done it twice before and wasn't scared with them!

Anyone?

Im now at the end of my pregnancy with baby no 3 and i have to say my first trimester with this one was the worst first trimester i had. The other 2 i only had a bit of nausea. This one i was full on sick, headaches, bad skin, quick weight gain and felt like complete doggy do. After the first trimester passed i felt much better. So there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Ty!!!!! I really hope so the sickness is horrendous been on 2 anti sickness now and hospital fluids it's just unreal I feel so Ill all the time.
Glad it's been better since for you I will take comfort in that good luck x x
