When did you feel movement with your second baby?

I am almost 18 weeks pregnant with DC2 and still haven't felt anything yet. I had definitely felt kicks by 20 weeks with DD (I remember I'd felt them by the 20 week scan) but still nothing with this one.

Most people say you feel movement earlier the second time so I'm starting to get a little bit worried. I know there's nothing I can do and will have to wait for my scan in a few weeks but I wondered if anyone else was the same and didn't feel kicks until later with their second?

14 weeks with ds2, but 20/21 weeks with ds3 becasue had an anterior placenta with him.

Do you know what presentation your placenta is? Could be that cushioning the movements ?

19 weeks with DC2, and that was no earlier than DC1

Not sure about my placenta this time round but it was not anterior last time. I suppose I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed and wait until my scan!

Around the 20wk mark with both mine.. Maybe baby is a little smaller or not quite as wriggly or maybe you are too busy to notice.. I'm sure you'll feel that familiar popping fluttery feeling soon

I'm also 18weeks, and started to feel movements properly last night! I too was getting a bit worried, as was expecting to feel it sooner as this is DC2 for me too.
I'm sure it will be soon - at my 16wk MW she said between 20 & 22 wks is normal, even 2nd time around.
Have you joined the march mummies thread on here? I'll post a link if I can xx

Bizarrely I felt her at about 13 weeks, when according to my scan she was in prime position. But nothing definite since then and I know from follow up scans she has been hanging around in a different place. Have felt odd flutter last day or so but nothing definite. In my case, I am sure the extra weight on my tummy makes a big difference.

I was roughly 14 weeks when I felt flutters, felt rolls and pokes by 18weeks and my partner has been able to feel kicks by 20 :)

I'm 15 wks and have just started to feel some movement, although pretty inconsistently.
