Anyway know anything about my rights regarding this? Have found out today (3 weeks before starting mat leave) that due to a staff restructure, my job will be changing quite considerably. There is a 3 week staff consultation, which will pretty much take me up to a few days before I go on mat leave, and when my employer finally gets round to taking on someone to cover my mat leave they will be doing the new role. I'm not really sure what my rights are - pay stays the same, but would involve regularly attending evening meetings, which I only do occassionally at the moment.
