19+3 and my feet are killing me. Quick Google has made me wonder if it's flat feet syndrome or maybe an altered centre of gravity making me put more weight on my heels. Anyways, basically I'm seriously considering how much I really do need something before I get off my bum and weight bear.
Another Google search tells me foot spas are banned in pregnancy-who knew?? I presume a foot soak is OK (please God say yes)
What else can I do? Do I need a podiatry or physio referral from GP (can midwives refer to physios?)
