13wks really itchy red thighs

have really itchy raised red area at top of each of my thighs. thought might be chafing but not sure now. so itchy dont want to look like im scratching my crotch all the time

I had/have this assume it was excema (sp?) seems to have got better with e45 cream but do have to wear support pants with long short bits to stop my jeans rubbing! Looks horrid! Mine isn't really that itchy though
