6 WEEKS PREGNANT AND SO BLOATED??!!!

Why is this?? Can't be the baby yet but I'm bloated all the time and my clothes are tight - trapped wind maybe?!?

Has anyone else had this??

I had this - went up a clothes size really quickly etc. It all calmed down later and I'm now 30 weeks and neat and tidy as they say! Try avoiding sweet stuff - it plays havoc with the old digestion and slows it all down. Keep drinking plenty of water too!

I'm 7 weeks on Tuesday and have been going through the same thing. I was like it for over a week I thought I would need to buy new clothes! Constipation was the worst. Fruit and juice usually makes it worse for me normally so I treated myself to a KFC and constipation was cured in a few hours! Bloat has gone down but still burping for England.

I suffer from IBS and lactose intolerance - so now I am preggers I can't take a lot of my normal remedies. Getting the bf to burp me - good practice for him!

Hi there, well I am in with you gals..... I am sooooo bloated its not funny. I am 7 weeks and already my clothes are bursting open. I go to bed bloated and wake up bloated. I'm not really constipated, although did suffer with diorrea in the first few weeks of pregnancy.

Does anyone know of anything that might resolve this horrible feeling?!!?

I'm 5+3 (and new to MN!) and I have been bloated too. It looks like I already have a little bump! I haven't been sick though I have had an unsettled feeling at the pit of my stomach for a week now. Is this how morning sickness starts or as bad as its going to get?

Its good to know i'm not alone - could be slightly constipated i guess but i reckon its more than that as i feel so uncomfortable in all my normal clothes but feel maternity clothes are a bit much already! Boobs haven't grown just bloated belly and its annoying as noone really know i am pregnant so i'm not able to just let it go!!

Hi, I'm 6 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child and omg the wind I have is ridiculous (and I dont just mean burping!)🙈I am so bloated I look like I did at 4/5 months with my previous 2 children. I'm not planning on telling people at the moment as it's so early but it's getting hard when I'm looking like I do. Im drinking plenty of water and I'm not constipated. Any advice would be great.xx
