Due date in 4 weeks and have sore throat

My due date for baby no2 is in 4 weeks and woke up this morning with a sore throat.

I'm already very exhausted from the pregnancy. Having Braxton hicks, pelvic pain and a 12 month old son to watch. I don't need this cold too..

Any suggestions I can take/ do to get rid of it quickly? To boost my immune system
Have been drinking 2 cups of camomile tee.

I think you can have honey & lemon glycerine, its about £2 in tesco, in a cough medicine bottle,

Im not sure if you are allowed echinachea, you would need to check,
