"dodgy tummy" a sign of impending labour?

Im 35+2 but had threatened preterm labour a fortnight ago.

The last two nights (and it seems to be mainly night time) ive had the loosest bowels Blush

Is this the start? I didnt have any warning signs with dd who is three, no Braxton Hicks or Show or Nesting or bowel issues, however this pregnancy is already proving to be very different from the last.

So am I on the final furlong?

Dodgy tummy was the start for me! I didn't realise it at the time; I'd spent most of the day emptying my bowels several times.

I then felt really weird from about 7pm then I had my first contraction about 9 that evening.

That was a Tuesday and I had DS on the Saturday, a very long latent phase.

Hope it starts for you soon!

With dd2 I had to dash off to the loo halfway through showing round interview candidates for my maternity cover (!), she was born about 36 hours later... (A month early but absolutely fine :) )

Three or four little loo trips last night (lovely!) and I was scared to sleep incase I didnt get to the loo on time.

All seems quiet this morning but will not stray too far from a loo just incase.

I felt sick on the Friday night. No trips to loo but felt nauseous and legs etc a bit achy. had first contraction at 10:30 am saturday (started off as mild period pains), DD born just before midnight saturday
