I have an awful pain kind of at the top of my leg/hip/lower back on one side when I walk. I almost have to stoop when I'm walking. No pain at all when sitting or lying just walking.
Have had minor issues with my back before and have a 3 yr old to carry about (!) As well as being 22 weeks pregnant.
Just come on today, I'm hoping it's gone after a rest tonight.....

Sounds preggo related to me!
I have something similar, it feels like its in my right bum cheek but deep inside so I think its more a joint. I don't have it when sitting or lying, and I only get it when I have been sitting for a while (like at my desk) then I get up and walk. Mine doesn't last long, but then I don't have a little person to carry round.
I remember having similar, possibly more painful, and when walking the last time I was pregnant.

Could be SPD/ pelvic girdle pain. Mine started as a pain in my bum cheek. I thought I'd pulled a muscle doing too much walking. I wish... If it goes on I'd get yourself to a good osteo or chiro of physio who specialises in women's health/ pregnancy. And acupuncture helped me enormously too (again, a women's specialist)

Oh my god I have been complaining of this today, my left bum cheek and slightly higher towards my lower back! I thought it was because I was wearing flat pumps with no support, I'm on my feet all day and assumed this was causing the pain, it almost spasms and locks in my lower back. I did book GP app as I had this many yrs ago when I was a teenager and needed accupuncture! X
