Or are you expected to consult it online? Need to know for work purposes and can't work it out from the website! If you gave birth in the last year or so did you get one?

I never got one. Ds born in 2012.

I've never even heard of it and DC1 was born in 2009.

I got one for DS in 2011, but for DD born 4 months ago the Hv said they don't do hard copies any more but it's all online

I moved to a different county(10 mins away!) half way through my pregnancy and got one through the second borough but the first had stopped doing it. That was march 2012 born baby.

2010 got one
2012 offered one (but still had 1st copy)
2013 told no hard copies available

Got one in 2009 I think. Def not in 2011 or 2014.
