So basically what it says Hmm

I'm working full time too so I pritty much have to be up and out by 6am everyday. Any tips/remedies I can try that are safe for baby? Thanks

I suffer from pregnancy insomnia terribly! I haven't found a cure, but I do find that cutting out caffein completely (which is really not easy) and not eating anything sweet for a few hours before bed can help. Maybe a relaxation app or cd would help too? I find them distracting, but my sister swears by them!

Yea I've completely cut out coffee but still have the odd tea every now and then. I think it's a mix between feeling anxious and stressed anddddd feeling uncomfortable Hmm

I get kicked to bits at night time, so tbh I can't pretend that the uncomfortable feeling gets better. But I think the most important thing is to relax. Perhaps its the bodies way of preparing us for less sleep?
Decaff tea, I know it isn't the same, but caffeine seems to stay in my system forever these days.
