positive test x3 were the baby....

I done a home test and doctor did 1 and then hospital did 1 all came back as faint positive. Started feeling sick last week nd have been trying since end of July the hospital say my pregnancy hormone level is 51.6 so theres a baby but cant see it on scan looks like I'm 3 weeks so supper early trying not to be to worried but its so hard! Any have anything similar with good out comes they are saying I may be ectopic as have some pains in low abdominal need some positive words ATM

At 3 weeks your baby is the size of a poppy seed! That would be hard to see in the flesh, never mind on a scan! Try not to worry and hang tight. A later scan will be much clearer and easier to see.
